The kitchen area in the King or Queen Studio Sofa Bed exceeded my expectations, but the noisy walls made sleep difficult.

The hotel is great with kitchen & dishes provided.

I was appalled at the lack of hot water on the first night, a basic necessity that was not communicated during check-in. Additionally, the absence of cribs, while advertised, is not just disappointing. it poses safety concerns for traveling families.

Noise insulation could use serious work!!! I heard every conversation from neighbors. Check-in could improve with better communication about amenities!!! A heads-up about room conditions would prevent inconveniences!!!

The staff were generally polite and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Free laundry services were a great bonus, allowing us to travel lighter. However, breakfast ended too early, which was inconvenient. The dishes in the kitchen were not as clean as I would have liked, with one having food residue. On another note, the noise insulation could be better. conversations from the next room were clearly audible.
